Paradise - Port Douglas & Mossman Gorge

7-8 July 2019

Arriving at Port Douglas, we stayed at the Super Yacht Marina where all the boats were massive. Even though Paradise is a lovely size and very comfortable for us, Paradise seemed small in comparison.

This video shows some of the highlights:

4 Mile Beach where the water was murky and the sand was wet, and there were a thousand people at the beach. It was obviously the place to be at Port Douglas. Apparently, the locals don't swim there due to the crocs.

Mossman Gorge where we had a beautiful swim in the freshwater

Dinner at Nautilus Restaurant was a special treat under the palm trees and stars

The girls went to cane toad racing which was a lot of fun (sorry no photos)

Greta and Tania signed up for Headspace's push-up challenge, and there are a lot of push-ups to do. Headspace is a charity to raise funds for mental health.

The next stop is the Low Isles.
